If you ride a bicycle for weight loss in a variety of ways, the calories burned and pounds shed will be added up. You should have a planed everyday ride. And you also can ride your bike to and from work most days of the week. If you feel this is boring, you can ask your family as your company. Group rides can be enjoyable and make the time you spend on bike longer for a couple hours. If you coupled with a healthy diet, you can easily expect to lose one pound a week.
